In preparation for a new kitchen installation an internal wall had been removed to create a open plan kitchen / dining area, New electrical sockets had been added & bifold doors had been installed so plastering was required throughout
Required work -
- Bonding repairs to chases, area where wall removed & back to brick sections
- Patch up old spotlight holes with plasterboard
- Dot & dab plasterboard under window & around door reveals
- Skim ceiling & 3 walls, skim / patch tops down to back wall where tall kitchen units being fitted
Total room dimensions - 5.4 x 3.6 meters
