To create two separate bedrooms, new stud walls had been installed to divide a large room. The joiner had already completed the plasterboarding, leaving just the skimming to finish the walls and prepare the rooms for redecorating.
Required work -
- Skim new plasterboard walls
- Patch up old light switch / ceiling light holes
